Just finished playing some Christmas carols on my freshly tuned Yamaha C3 and naturally my thoughts turned to you.  I can think back to our 25 year professional relationship and all the cold December afternoons you have spent tuning my pianos.  Some of them were not nearly as easy to tune as the Yamaha (that I purchased solely on your recommendation).  No matter how cantankerous the piano or difficult the tuning process, you never stopped until all the pitches were perfect,  And there’s always that trademark Bangert smile, no extra charge.  Further, I have never hesitated to tell friends and family in need of any counsel on buying, selling, repairing or appraising a piano that you are the guy to ask.  You are always generous with your expertise and completely straight forward in you answers.  A technician as trustworthy as you in such a highly complex field is a rare find indeed.

Being a professional musician myself I am most acutely aware of the importance of instrument maintenance.  So I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the peace of mind you have brought knowing that my pianos are always tuned and maintained in a way to insure peak performance levels at a moments notice.  I look forward to continuing our relationship that is so valuable to me both personally and professionally.
